MIPS-SPC

The MIPS-SPC module provides real time process control for immediate production line feedback. This tool is statistically processing inspection data provided by MIPS-Verify allowing yield control and optimizing of production process and inspection lists. Multiple alarm definitions can be defined to enforce operator attention and corrective action.
